大型振动筛横梁的分析研究

摘要 采用ANSYS Workbench有限元分析软件分别对四种振动筛横梁进行了静力学和动力学模态分析。分析结果表明:四种横梁等效应力、应变均满足设计要求,四种横梁的固有频率远大于工作频率,不会发生共振。通过对比分析可知,矩形管横梁优于其他三种横梁,可为振动筛横梁选型设计提供参考。 This article uses ANSYS Workbench finite element analysis software to conduct static and dynamic modal analysis on four types of vibrating screen beams.The results show that the equal force and strain of the four types of beams meet the design requirements,and the natural frequencies of the four types of beams are much greater than the working frequency,without resonance.Through comparative analysis,it is found that the rectangular tube beam is superior to the other three types of beams,providing a reference for the selection and design of vibrating screen beams.
