摘要
开发设计了用于将拉链料带安全高效地定长装箱的拉链料带自动测长设备。该设备由前端检测监测装置、中部张力平衡机构、后端压带式传动测长机构组成,具有对料带缠绕打结检测、层叠检测、异常报警等监控功能,能实现料带张力平衡保护、压带式平稳传动和准确测量料带长度。实际运行表明:各部分结构紧凑、自动化程度高。
The automatic length measuring equipment of zipper material belt is developed and designed,which is used to pack the zipper material belt with fixed length safely and efficiently.The equipment consists of a front-end detection and monitoring device,a central tension balance mechanism and a back-end belt drive length measuring mechanism,which has monitoring functions such as tape winding and knotting detection,cascading detection,abnormal alarm and so on.It can realize the protection of belt tension balance,smooth belt transmission and accurate measurement of belt length.Through the actual operation,it is proved that each part has a compact structure and a high degree of automation.
