摘要
通过对机场货运包裹和设备长度分段的机理分析,在高速爬坡皮带机上模拟不同长度爬坡皮带机和应用范围较广的短水平皮带机设备的运行性能,观察其启动电流、运行电流、设备运行速度的变化。分析结果表明:高速爬坡皮带机长度不大于9 m为宜,其爬坡角度不大于15°为宜;较短水平皮带机电机功率没必要偏大。
Based on the mechanism analysis of airport cargo packages and equipment length segmentation,the operational performance of different length climbing belt conveyors and short horizontal belt conveyor equipment with a wide range of applications were simulated on high-speed climbing belt conveyors,and the changes in starting current,operating current,and equipment operating speed were observed.The results indicate that the length of the high-speed climbing belt conveyor should not exceed 9 m,and the climbing angle should not exceed 15°;the motor power of a shorter horizontal belt conveyor does not need to be too high.
