摘要
以提升管理效率和确保设备可靠性为核心目标,探究了智能化在设备管理中的多角度应用。主要采用了三个方面的技术手段:一是数据驱动决策系统,通过实时监测和数据分析,为设备管理提供准确的决策支持;二是远程监控与故障预警,通过传感器和网络技术实时获取设备状态,及时识别和处理潜在问题;三是自动化维护与故障处理,利用传感器数据和机器学习算法自动执行维护任务和进行故障诊断。这些技术手段的实际应用能显著提高设备的运行效率,减少停机时间。最后设计了一种机械设备智能化监测方案,可实现设备性能和剩余使用寿命的精准预测。
This study explores the multifaceted applications of intelligence in equipment management with the core objective of enhancing management efficiency and ensuring equipment reliability.Three key technological approaches are employed:first,a data-driven decision-making system utilizes real-time monitoring and data analysis to offer accurate decision support for equipment management;second,remote monitoring and fault alerts are realized through sensors and network technology,facilitating real-time status tracking and prompt identification and handling of potential issues;third,automated maintenance and fault diagnosis are carried out using sensor data and machine learning algorithms,significantly improving operational efficiency and reducing downtime.Additionally,this research designs an intelligent monitoring scheme for mechanical equipment,capable of precisely predicting equipment performance and residual useful life.
