摘要
为进行南京仙新路过江通道工程主塔超大复杂多曲面桥塔横梁制造,通过开展不同分段方案对比、板单元制造精度控制技术、节段整体拼装工艺、过程测量技术、吊装存放方案设计等一系列关键流程技术研究,重点采用先进的计算机辅助设计软件进行细化设计模拟、反变形船位焊接机器人系统进行高质量焊接、三维激光高精度过程监测,最终实现复杂多曲面薄板的桥塔横梁制造,不但为异形桥梁钢结构制造积累了一定的经验,同时也向未来的异形桥梁制造技术的发展和创新提供了新的思路和方向.
In order to manufacture of super-large complex multi-curved bridge pylon crossbeams for the main pylon of the Nanjing Xianxin Road Crossing-river Channel Project,a series of key process technologies are studied,including comparison of different segmented schemes,precision control technology for plate unit manufacture, integral assembly technology for segments, process measurement technology, and hoisting and storage scheme design. The advanced computer-aided design software is mainly used for detailed design simulation, the anti-deformation ship position welding robot system is used to carried out the high-quality welding, and three-dimensional laser high-precision process monitoring is used to finally achieve the manufacture the complex multi-curved thin-plate bridge pylon crossbeams, which accumulates certain experience in the steel structure manufacture of special-shaped bridge, and also provides the new ideas and directions for the development and innovation of future special-shaped bridge manufacturing technology.
