摘要
本文针对TC4钛合金缺陷涡流检测系统,进行了缺陷检出概率研究。结果表明:当涡流检测系统对其缺陷进行检测时,在90%概率与95%置信度时发现的最小缺陷尺寸为0.436mm。
In this paper, the defect detection probability of TC4 titanium alloy defect eddy current detection system is studied.The results show that the minimum defect size is 0.436mm at 90% probability and 95% confidence when the eddy current testing system detects the defect.
