一种外标式温度计校准装置的探讨

摘要 本文根据外标式温度计的特点,设计一种校准装置,通过制冷与加热设备在箱体内里进行热交换,使用循环风扇对箱体进行空气循环,并用电磁阀开关对冷冻液的流速进行控制,实现温度计箱体内的温度控制。实验证明:该装置具有温度范围广、降温和升温速度快、温度波动性和均匀性小、校准数量多、方法简单等优点,能有效解决量大和校准时间较长等问题,满足大多数外标式温度计校准需求。 In this paper, according to the characteristics of the external standard thermometer, a calibration device is designed.Through the cooling and heating equipment, the heat is exchanged in the box, the air is circulated by the circulating fan, and the flow rate of the refrigerant is controlled by the solenoid valve switch, so as to realize the temperature control in the thermometer box.Experiments show that the device has the advantages of wide temperature range, fast cooling and heating speed, small temperature fluctuation and uniformity, large number of calibration, simple method, etc.It can effectively solve large quantity and long calibration time, etc, and meet the needs of most external scale thermometers calibration.
