大型衡器检测中叠加法的几个技术问题方案探究

摘要 随着我国科技水平地不断提高,多种先进方法和设备广泛应用于各个行业。叠加法检测法在检测精度和实际操作中具有显著优势,在大型衡器检测过程中应用率较高,但在具体应用中会遇到一些难以解决的技术问题。因此,为了保证其检测的可靠性,需采取相应的措施,保证最终检测结果精准可靠。本文根据大型衡器检测中的叠加法,对如何解决结构、力源、加载点等技术问题进行探讨。 With the continuous improvement of China′s scientific and technological level, a variety of advanced methods and equipment are widely used in various industries.The superposition detection method has significant advantages in the detection accuracy and practical operation, and has a high application rate in the process of large-scale weighing instrument detection, but it will encounter some technical problems that are difficult to solve in specific applications.Therefore, in order to ensure the reliability of its detection, corresponding measures should be taken to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the final detection results.Based on the superposition method of large scale measuring, this paper discusses how to solve the technical problems such as structure, force source and loading point.
