全面护理联合术肢康复运动护理对心血管介入术患者心理状态及术后并发症的影响

Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Combined with Limb Rehabilitation Exercise Nursing on Psychological State and Postoperative Complications of Patients After Cardiovascular Intervention

目的探究全面护理联合术肢康复运动护理对心血管介入术患者心理状态及术后并发症的影响。方法选取2019年1月-2022年1月我院接受心血管介入术治疗的100例患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(50例)与观察组(50例)。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予全面护理联合术肢康复运动护理,比较两组心理状态[焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分]、心功能[左室射血分数(LVEF)、左心室收缩末期容积(LVESV)、左心室舒张末期容积(LVEDV)]、术后并发症发生率、主要不良心脑血管事件(MACCE)发生率、生活自理能力评定Barthel指数、健康调查简表(SF-36)评分。结果护理后,观察组SAS、SDS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组LVEF、LVEDV高于对照组,LVESV低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组手术并发症发生率为6.00%,低于对照组的18.00%(P<0.05);观察组MACCE发生率为2.00%,低于对照组的10.00%(P<0.05);观察组Barthel指数、SF-36评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论全面护理联合术肢康复运动护理可改善心血管介入术后患者的心理状态,促进其心功能恢复,降低术后并发症及MACCE的发生风险,有利于患者生活能力及生活质量的提升。

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing combined with limb rehabilitation exercise nursing on psychological state and postoperative complications of patients after cardiovascular intervention.Methods A total of 100 patients who underwent cardiovascular intervention in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2022 were selected and divided into control group(50 patients)and observation group(50 patients)according to random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing combined with limb rehabilitation exercise nursing.The psychological status[Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)score],cardiac function[left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left ventricular end-systolic volume(LVESV),left ventricular end-diastolic volume(LVEDV)],incidence of postoperative complications,incidence of major adverse cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events(MACCE),Barthel index of self-care ability assessment,and health survey summary(SF-36)score were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);LVEF and LVEDV in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and LVESV was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of surgical complications in the observation group was 6.00%,which was lower than 18.00%in the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of MACCE in the observation group was 2.00%,which was lower than 10.00%in the control group(P<0.05);the Barthel index and SF-36 score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing combined with limb rehabilitation exercise nursing can improve the psychological state of patients after cardiovascular intervention,promote the recovery of cardiac function,reduce the risk of postoperative complications and MACCE,and is conducive to the improvement of patients'living ability and quality of life.
