加速康复外科护理在幕上脑膜瘤患者围术期中的应用效果分析

Analysis of the Application Effect of Accelerated Rehabilitation Surgical Care in the Perioperative Period of Patients with Supratentorial Meningio⁃mas

目的探讨加速康复外科护理在幕上脑膜瘤患者围术期中的应用效果。方法方便选取2022年2月-2023年2月福建医科大学附属协和医院行幕上脑膜瘤切除手术治疗的78例患者为研究对象,并以随机数表法分为对照组、加速康复外科护理组,各39例。对照组患者接受幕上脑膜瘤患者围术期常规护理,加速康复外科护理组患者接受加速康复外科护理。对比两组患者的术后康复进度、近期预后评分、术后并发症发生情况。结果加速康复外科护理组患者的术后首次排便时间、引流管拔除时间、尿管拔除时间、术后ICU时间、术后总住院时间分别短于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。在术后1、2、3月,加速康复外科护理组患者的卡氏功能状态量表(Karnofsky Performance Status,KPS)评分分别为(68.91±8.62)分、(76.62±9.84)分、(82.03±9.55)分,均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=2.198、2.137、2.448,P均<0.05)。加速康复外科护理组患者的术后并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论幕上脑膜瘤患者围术期应用加速康复外科护理,可有效促进患者的术后康复、优化近期预后且减少术后并发症的发生。

Objective To explore the application effect of accelerated rehabilitation surgical care in the perioperative period of patients with supratentorial meningioma.Methods Seventy-eight patients who underwent supratentorial me-ningioma resection at Union Hospital Affiliated to Fujian Medical University between February 2022 and February 2023 were conveniently selected as the study objects,and were divided into 39 cases each in the control group and the accelerated rehabilitation surgical care group according to the method of random number table.Patients in the con-trol group received perioperative routine care for supratentorial meningioma patients,and patients in the accelerated rehabilitation surgical care group received accelerated rehabilitation surgical care.The postoperative rehabilitation progress,recent prognostic score,and the occurrence of postoperative complications between the two groups were com-pared.Results The postoperative time to first defecation,drain removal time,urinary catheter removal time,postopera-tive ICU time,and total postoperative hospitalization time of the patients in the accelerated rehabilitation surgical care group were shorter than those of the patients in the control group,respectively,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).At 1,2,and 3 months postoperatively,the scores of Karnofsky Performance Status(KPS)of pa-tients in the accelerated rehabilitation surgical care group were(68.91±8.62)points,(76.62±9.84)points,and(82.03±9.55)points,respectively,higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=2.198,2.137,2.448,all P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the accelerated rehabilitation surgical care group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The perioperative application of accelerated rehabilitation surgical care for patients with supratentorial meningioma can effectively promote the postoperative rehabilitation of patients,optimize the near-term prognosis and reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications.
