血清胆碱酯酶、谷氨酰转移酶水平与病毒性肝炎患者肝功能的相关性

摘要 目的:分析血清胆碱酯酶(CHE)、谷氨酰转移酶(GGT)水平与病毒性肝炎患者肝功能的相关性。方法:回顾性分析2021年1月至2022年8月该院收治的100例病毒性肝炎患者的临床资料作为研究组,另选取同期该院100名健康体检者的临床资料作为对照组。检测两组血清CHE、GGT水平,并采用Child-Pugh分级评估病毒性肝炎患者的肝功能,比较两组及不同Child-Pugh分级病毒性肝炎患者的血清CHE、GGT水平,采用Kendall’s tau-b相关系数分析血清CHE、GGT水平与病毒性肝炎患者肝功能的相关性。结果:研究组血清GGT水平高于对照组,CHE水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Child-Pugh分级C级病毒性肝炎患者血清GGT水平高于Child-Pugh分级A、B级患者,且B级患者高于A级患者,Child-Pugh分级C级病毒性肝炎患者血清CHE水平低于Child-Pugh分级A、B级患者,且B级患者低于A级患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Kendall’s tau-b相关系数分析结果显示,血清CHE水平与病毒性肝炎患者肝功能呈正相关(r>0,P<0.05),血清GGT水平与病毒性肝炎患者肝功能呈负相关(r<0,P<0.05)。结论:血清CHE水平与病毒性肝炎患者肝功能呈正相关,血清GGT水平与病毒性肝炎患者肝功能呈负相关。 Objective:To analyze correlations among serum cholinesterase(CHE)and glutamyl transferase(GGT)levels and liver function in patients with viral hepatitis.Methods:The clinical data of 100 patients with viral hepatitis admitted to this hospital from January 2021 to August 2022 were retrospectively analyzed and they were as the study group,and the data of 100 healthy subjects during the same period were retrospectively analyzed and they were as selected as the control group.The levels of serum CHE and GGT in the two groups were detected.The liver function of these patients with viral hepatitis was evaluated by Child-Pugh classification.The serum CHE and GGT levels were compared between the two groups and the patients with viral hepatitis of different Child-Pugh classifications.The correlations among the serum CHE and GGT levels and liver function in the patients with viral hepatitis were analyzed by Kendall’s tau-b correlation coefficient.Results:The serum GGT level of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the CHE level was lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The level of the serum GGT in the patients with Child-Pugh classification C viral hepatitis was higher than that in patients with Child-Pugh classification A and B,and that in the patients with classification B was higher than that in the patients with classification A;the level of the serum CHE in the patients with Child-Pugh classification C viral hepatitis was lower than that in patients with Child-Pugh classification A and B,and that in the patients with classification B was lower than that in the patients with classification A;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The Kendall’s tau-b correlation coefficient analysis showed that serum CHE level was positively correlated with the liver function in the patients with viral hepatitis(r>0,P<0.05),while the serum GGT level was negatively correlated with the liver function(r<0,P<0.05).Conclusions:The serum CHE level is positively correlated with the liver function in the patients with viral hepatitis,while the serum GGT level is negatively correlated with the liver function.
