Ki-67、CK19、EGFR在甲状腺乳头状癌患者癌组织中的表达情况及其与临床病理特征的关系

The Expression of Ki-67,CK19,and EGFR in Thyroid Papillary Carcinoma Tissues and Their Relationship with Clinical and Pathological Features

目的:分析增殖抗原-67(Ki-67)、细胞角蛋白19(CK19)、表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)在甲状腺乳头状癌(PTC)患者癌组织中的表达情况及其与患者临床病理特征间的关系。方法:选取2020年9月—2023年9月中国贵航集团三〇二医院收治的105例PTC患者作为研究对象。以免疫组织化学法测定患者癌组织与癌旁正常组织Ki-67、CK19、EGFR表达;另收集患者的年龄、性别等资料,分析Ki-67、CK19、EGFR表达与患者各项临床病理特征间的关系。结果:癌组织内的Ki-67、CK19、EGFR阳性表达率分别为49.52%、60.95%、56.19%,高于癌旁正常组织的20.00%、11.43%、16.19%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Ki-67、CK19、EGFR阳性表达与PTC患者的年龄、性别、肿瘤大小无关,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),与PTC患者的临床分期、淋巴结转移、分化程度有关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:Ki-67、CK19、EGFR在PTC患者癌组织内呈异常高表达状态,三者与患者的临床分期、淋巴结转移、分化程度有关,参与疾病的发生与发展。

Objective:To analyze the expression of proliferative antigen 67(Ki-67),cytokeratin 19(CK19),and epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR)in thyroid papillary carcinoma(PTC)tissue and their relationship with clinical and pathological features.Method:A total of 105 PTC patients admitted to China Guihang Group 302 Hospital from September 2020 to September 2023 were selected as the study objects.The expression of Ki-67,CK19 and EGFR in cancer tissues and adjacent normal tissues were measured by immunohistochemistry.In addition,age,gender and other data of patients were collected to analyze the relationship between the expression of Ki-67,CK19,EGFR and various clinicopathological features of patients.Result:The positive expression rates of Ki-67,CK19 and EGFR in cancer tissues were 49.52%,60.95%and 56.19%,respectively,which were higher than 20.00%,11.43%and 16.19%in adjacent normal tissues,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The positive expressions of Ki-67,CK19 and EGFR were not related to the age,sex and tumor size of PTC patients,there were no significant differences(P>0.05),but positive expressions of Ki-67,CK19 and EGFR were related to the clinical stage,lymph node metastasis and differentiation degree of PTC patients,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ki-67,CK19,and EGFR exhibit abnormally high expression in the cancer tissue of PTC patients,which are related to the clinical stage,lymph node metastasis,and degree of differentiation of the patients,and are involved in the occurrence and development of the disease.
