甘露醇联合中药熏洗治疗骨伤后期肢体肿胀的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Mannitol Combined with Chinese Medicine Fumigation and Washing in the Treatment of Limb Swelling in Late Stage of Bone Injury

目的:探讨甘露醇联合中药熏洗治疗骨伤后期肢体肿胀的临床效果。方法:选取2019年3月—2022年9月佛山市南海区第九人民医院收治的76例骨伤后期肢体肿胀患者。根据随机数表法将其分为观察组及对照组,各38例。对照组给予甘露醇治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予中药熏洗治疗。比较两组临床疗效,时间指标,治疗前后疼痛程度、炎症因子。结果:观察组总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组消肿时间和住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分均降低,观察组VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)和白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平均降低,观察组IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:骨伤后期肢体肿胀患者采用甘露醇联合中药熏洗治疗能够发挥突出显著的作用效果,不仅能够缩短患者消肿时间和住院时间,而且可改善患者疼痛程度和血清炎症因子水平,利于患者病情康复。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Mannitol combined with Chinese medicine fumigation and washing in the treatment of limb swelling in late stage of bone injury.Method:A total of 76 patients with limb swelling in late stage of bone injury treated in the Ninth People's Hospital of Nanhai District,Foshan City from March 2019 to September 2022 were selected.According to random number table method,the patients were divided into observation group and control group,38 cases in each group.The control group was given Mannitol treatment,and the observation group was given Chinese medicine fumigation and washing treatment on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,time index,pain degree,inflammatory factors before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The detumescence time and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the visual analogue scale(VAS)score of both groups was decreased,and the VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-8(IL-8)and interleukin-6(IL-6)in both groups were decreased,and the levels of IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-αin observation group were lower than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination treatment of Mannitol and Chinese medicine fumigation and washing with traditional Chinese medicine can play a significant role in the treatment of patients with limb swelling in the later stage of bone injury.It can not only shorten the time of detumescence and hospitalization of patients,but also improve the degree of pain and the level of serum inflammatory factors of patients,which is conducive to the rehabilitation of patients.
