甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠治疗小儿肺炎支原体肺炎的疗效观察

Efficacy observation of methylprednisolone sodium succinate in the treatment of Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children

目的探讨甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠治疗小儿肺炎支原体肺炎的疗效。方法选取150例小儿肺炎支原体肺炎患儿,按随机数字表法分为两组,即对照组(n=75,予常规用药治疗)和观察组(n=75,予常规用药+甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠治疗)。对比两组临床疗效,临床症状(肺部阴影、肺部啰音、咳嗽、发热)消退时间,治疗前后血清炎症因子[超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)]水平改善情况。结果治疗后,观察组总有效率100.00%高于对照组的88.00%(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患儿的肺部阴影、肺部啰音、咳嗽、发热消退时间分别为(7.41±2.88)、(8.11±2.65)、(5.54±0.33)、(4.88±0.35)d,较对照组的(10.22±3.32)、(10.77±3.12)、(7.82±0.45)、(6.49±0.51)d更短(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患儿hs-CRP水平对比(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患儿hs-CRP水平(13.23±0.33)mg/L低于对照组的(22.39±1.44)mg/L(P<0.05)。结论小儿肺炎支原体肺炎患儿接受甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠治疗获得了显著的临床效果,患儿的临床症状明显改善,血清炎症因子水平降低,临床应用价值显著。

Objective To explore the efficacy of methylprednisolone sodium succinate in the treatment of Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children.Methods A total of 150 pediatric patients with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia were selected.According to random numerical table,they were randomly divided into two groups:the control group(n=75,treated with conventional medication)and the observation group(n=75,treated with conventional medication plus methylprednisolone sodium succinate).The clinical efficacy,disappearance time of clinical symptoms(lung shadows,lung rales,cough,and fever),and the improvement of serum inflammatory factor[hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)]before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 100.00%,which was higher than 88.00%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the disappearance time of lung shadows,lung rales,cough,and fever in the observation group were(7.41±2.88),(8.11±2.65),(5.54±0.33)and(4.88±0.35)d,which were shorter than(10.22±3.32),(10.77±3.12),(7.82±0.45)and(6.49±0.51)d in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,hs-CRP levels were compared between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the observation group had lower hs-CRP level of(13.23±0.33)mg/L than(22.39±1.44)mg/L in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Methylprednisolone sodium succinate shows significant clinical effect on children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia,which can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and lower the levels of serum inflammatory factors of children.The clinical application value is significant.
