摘要
某平面密封单向阀在常温环境下的开启压力不大于0.25 MPa时,密封性和流量均满足要求,但在低温-55℃,保温2 h后,在低温状态下通入0.5 MPa压力的氮气,活门不能瞬间打开,延迟1~2 min才缓慢开启。低温环境下单向阀的开启性能不稳定,开启时间延迟等问题亟须解决,若开启时间较长,会影响整个系统的各项性能,造成严重的质量事故。因此,必须从产品的结构设计、工作原理和环境条件等方面进行分析,找到低温环境下引起产品开启时间延迟的主要原因,并采取有效措施,提高单向阀低温环境下的开启性能。
The opening pressure of a plane seal check valve is not more than 0.25 MPa,and the opening pressure,sealing and flow rate meet the requirements at normal temperature.However,after the low temperature of-55℃and the heat preservation for 2 h,the valve can not be opened instantaneously,and the delay is 1~2 min,before it is slowly opened.In low temperature environment,the opening performance of the check valve is unstable,and the opening time delay and other problems need to be solved urgently.If the opening time is long,the performance of the whole system will be affected,resulting in serious quality accidents.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the structural design,working principle and environmental conditions of the product to find the main reasons that affect the opening time delay of the product in the low temperature environment,and take effective measures to improve the opening performance of the check valve in low temperature environment.
