美托洛尔联合曲美他嗪应用于老年冠心病心力衰竭患者中的效果分析

Effect Analysis of Metoprolol Combined with Trimetazidine in Elderly Patients with Coronary Heart Disease and Heart Failure

目的:分析美托洛尔联合曲美他嗪应用于老年冠心病心力衰竭患者中的效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2022年3月钟祥市人民医院收治的老年冠心病心力衰竭患者76例作为研究对象,随机分为单药组和联合组,各38例。单药组应用曲美他嗪治疗,联合组在单药组基础上应用美托洛尔,比较两组治疗效果。结果:联合组治疗总有效率高于单药组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.025)。治疗后,两组左心室舒张末期内径、左室收缩末期内径小于治疗前,且联合组小于单药组,两组左室射血分数高于治疗前,且联合组高于单药组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P=0.455)。治疗后,两组心理功能、社会功能、躯体功能、健康状况评分高于治疗前,且联合组高于单药组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:美托洛尔联合曲美他嗪应用于老年冠心病心力衰竭患者中的效果较好,可改善心功能,提高生活质量,且安全性高,值得临床推广。

Objective:To analyze the effect of metoprolol combined with trimetazidine in elderly patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure.Methods:A total of 76 elderly patients with coronary heart failure and heart failure admitted to Zhongxiang People's Hospital from January 2021 to March 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into single drug group and combined group,with 38 cases in each group.The single drug group was treated with trimetazidine and the combined group was treated with metoprolol on the basis of the control group.The treatment effects were compared between two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the combined group was higher than that in the single drug group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.025).After treatment,the left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD)and left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVESD)in two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the LVEDD and LVESD in the combined group were lower than those in the single drug group,while the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)in two groups was higher than that before treatment,and the LVEF in the combined group was higher than that in the single drug group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P=0.455).After treatment,the scores of psychological function,social function,physical function and health status in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the scores in the combined group were higher than those in the single drug group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Metoprolol combined with trimetazidine has a good effect in elderly patients with coronary heart failure and heart failure,and can improve cardiac function and quality of life,with high safety,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
