人工泪液联合普拉洛芬治疗白内障超声乳化术后干眼症的效果分析

Effect Analysis of Artificial Tears Combined with Pranoprofen in Treatment of Xerophthalmia After Cataract Phacoemulsification

目的:分析人工泪液联合普拉洛芬治疗白内障超声乳化术后干眼症的效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年4月山东省青岛市崂山区社区卫生服务中心收治的100例白内障超声乳化术后干眼症患者作为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组采取人工泪液治疗,观察组在对照组基础上应用普拉洛芬,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.019)。治疗后,两组泪膜破裂时间长于治疗前,且观察组长于对照组,两组泪液分泌长度大于治疗前,且观察组大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P=0.856)。结论:人工泪液联合普拉洛芬治疗白内障超声乳化术后干眼症的效果较好,治疗后,患者泪膜破裂时间、泪液分泌长度较优,不良反应发生较少。

Objective:To analyze the effect of artificial tears combined with pranoprofen in treatment of xerophthalmia after cataract phacoemulsification.Methods:A total of 100 patients with xerophthalmia after cataract phacoemulsification who were admitted to Qingdao City Laoshan District Community Health Service Center from January 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with artificial tears,and the observation group was treated with pranoprofen on the basis of the control group.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.019).After treatment,the tear film breakup time in two groups was longer than that before treatment,and the time in the observation group was longer than that in the control group,while the tear secretion length in two groups was longer than that before treatment,and the length in the observation group was longer than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P=0.856).Conclusion:Artificial tears combined with pranoprofen has good effect in the treatment of xerophthalmia after cataract phacoemulsification.After treatment,the tear film breakup time and tear secretion length are better,and the adverse reactions are less.
