支气管镜下肺泡灌洗治疗肺癌合并肺部感染的效果分析

Effect Analysis of Bronchoscopic Alveolar Lavage in Treatment of Lung Cancer Combined with Pulmonary Infection

目的:分析支气管镜下肺泡灌洗治疗肺癌合并肺部感染的效果。方法:选取2018年1月—2022年12月无锡市惠山区人民医院收治的100例肺癌合并肺部感染患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,各50例。对照组实施常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上实施支气管镜下肺泡灌洗治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.004)。观察组痰细菌培养转阴率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.013)。治疗后,两组C反应蛋白、降钙素原及白细胞计数水平低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:支气管镜下肺泡灌洗治疗肺癌合并肺部感染的效果较好,可有效改善患者炎性因子水平,促进痰培养转阴,提高治疗效果,值得推广。

Objective:To analyze the effect of bronchoscopic alveolar lavage in the treatment of lung cancer combined with pulmonary infection.Methods:A total of 100 lung cancer patients with pulmonary infection who were admitted to Wuxi Huishan District People's Hospital from January 2018 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 50 patients in each group.The control group implemented conventional treatment,and the observation group implemented bronchoscopic alveolar lavage treatment on the basis of the control group.The treatment effects in the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.004).The sputum bacterial culture negative conversion rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.013).After treatment,the levels of C-reactive protein,procalcitonin and white blood cell count in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bronchoscopic alveolar lavage in treatment of lung cancer combined with pulmonary infection has good effects,and can effectively improve the levels of inflammatory factors,promote the sputum culture negative conversion,enhance the treatment effects,and it is worth popularizing.
