吲达帕胺联合氨氯地平治疗高血压合并冠心病的效果分析

Effect Analysis of Indapamide and Amlodipine in Treating Hypertension with Coronary Heart Disease

目的:分析吲达帕胺联合氨氯地平治疗高血压合并冠心病的效果。方法:选取2018年1月—2022年1月邹平市九户镇卫生院收治的高血压合并冠心病患者100例作为研究对象治疗,采用随机数生成程序分为对照组与研究组,各50例。对照组给予氨氯地平治疗,研究组在对照组基础上给予吲达帕胺治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。治疗后,两组收缩压、舒张压低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组,两组高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平高于治疗前,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组超敏C反应蛋白、内皮素水平低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P=0.603)。结论:吲达帕胺联合氨氯地平治疗高血压合并冠心病的效果显著,能够改善血压、血脂水平,降低炎性因子水平,且不会增加不良反应。

Objective:To analyze the effect of indapamide combined with amlodipine in the treatment of hypertension combined with coronary heart disease.Methods:A total of 100 patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease admitted to Zouping City Jiuhu Town Health Center from January 2018 to January 2022 were selected as the study subjects.The patients were divided into a control group and a study group using a random number generating process,with 50 patients in each group.The control group was treated with amlodipine,while the study group was treated with indapamide on the basis of the control group.The treatment effects were compared between two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).After treatment,the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and these indexes in the study group were lower than those in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of total cholesterol,triglycerides and low density lipoprotein cholesterol in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the levels in the study group were lower than those in the control group,while the levels of high density lipoprotein cholesterol in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the levels in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of hypersensitive C-reactive protein and endothelin in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the levels in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P=0.603).Conclusion:Indapamide combined with amlodipine has significant therapeutic effects in the treatment of hypertension combined with coronary heart disease,and can improve the levels of blood pressure and blood lipid,and reduce inflammatory factor levels,and will not increase adverse reactions.
