温针灸治疗心脾两虚型失眠的效果分析

Effect Analysis of Warming Needle Moxibustion in Treatment of Insomnia with Deficiency of Both Heart and Spleen

目的:分析温针灸治疗心脾两虚型失眠的效果。方法:选取2022年1—12月于北京市西城区金融街社区卫生服务中心就诊的心脾两虚型失眠患者60例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各30例。观察组给予温针灸治疗,对照组采用普通针刺常规穴位治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后,两组匹兹堡睡眠质量指数评分低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组各项睡眠因子评分低于治疗前,观察组睡眠质量、睡眠效率、催眠药物、日间功能障碍评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:温针灸可改善心脾两虚型失眠患者的睡眠质量及焦虑、抑郁情绪,值得应用并予以推广。

Objective:To analyze the effect of warming needle moxibustion in treating insomnia with deficiency of both heart and spleen.Methods:Sixty insomnia patients with deficiency of both heart and spleen admitted to Beijing Xicheng District Financial Street Community Health Service Center from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with warming needle moxibustion,and the control group was treated with common acupuncture at conventional acupoints.The treatment effects were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index score in the two groups was lower than that before treatment,and the score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of sleep factors in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the scores of sleep quality,sleep efficiency,hypnotic drugs and daytime dysfunction in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Warming needle imoxibustion can improve the sleep quality and the anxiety and depression emotions in insomnia patients with deliciency of both heart and spleen,and is worthy of application and promotion.
