康欣口服液联合阿托伐他汀治疗中老年冠心病心肌缺血的效果分析

Effect Analysis of Kangxin Oral Liquid Combined with Atorvastatin in Treatment of Middle-Aged and Elderly Patients with Coronary Heart Disease and Myocardial Ischemia

目的:分析康欣口服液联合阿托伐他汀治疗中老年冠心病心肌缺血的效果。方法:选取2021年7月—2023年7月中国中医科学院广安门医院收治的74例中老年冠心病心肌缺血患者作为研究对象,应用随机数字表法分为两组,各37例。对照组采用阿托伐他汀治疗,观察组在对照组基础上应用康欣口服液治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后,两组ST段压低总次数少于治疗前,且观察组少于对照组,两组ST段压低总时间短于治疗前,且观察组短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组24 h正常RR间期标准差、24 h每5 min正常RR间期平均值标准差高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组心输出量、左心室射血分数高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,两组B型利钠肽水平低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:康欣口服液联合阿托伐他汀治疗中老年冠心病心肌缺血的效果显著,可提高心率变异性,改善心功能及ST段偏移情况。

Objective:To analyze the effect of Kangxin oral liquid combined with atorvastatin in treatment of middle-aged and elderly patients with coronary heart disease and myocardial ischemia.Methods:A total of 74 middle-aged and elderly patients with coronary heart disease and myocardial ischemia who were treated in Guang'anmen Hospital of China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences from July 2021 to July 2023 were selected as the study subjects.The patients were divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 37 cases in each group.The control group was treated with atorvastatin,and the observation group was treated with Kangxin oral liquid on the basis of the control group.The treatment effects were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the total number of ST-segment depression in the two groups was less than that before treatment,and the total number of ST-segment depression in the observation group was less than that in the control group;the total time of ST-segment depression in the two groups was shorter than that before treatment,and the total time of ST-segment depression in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the standard deviation of the normal RR interval at 24 h and the mean standard deviation of the normal RR interval at 24 h 5 min in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and these indexes in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment,the cardiac output and left ventricular ejection fraction in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the level of B-type natriuretic peptide in the two groups was lower than that before treatment,and the level in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Kangxin oral liquid combined with atorvastatin has a significant effect in the treatment of middle-aged and elderly patients with coronary heart disease and myocardial ischemia,and can improve heart rate variability,cardiac function and ST segment deviation.
