基于CICARE沟通模式的情志干预在寻常型银屑病患者中的应用效果分析

Application Effect Analysis of Emotional Intervention Based on CICARE Communication Model in Patients with Psoriasis Vulgaris

目的:分析基于CICARE沟通模式的情志干预在寻常型银屑病患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年4月—2022年12月湛江市徐闻县慢性病防治站收治的寻常型银屑病患者96例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和研究组,各48例。对照组给予常规情志干预,研究组在对照组基础上施以基于CICARE沟通模式的情志干预。比较两组干预效果。结果:干预后,两组简式心境状态量表、中文版Morisky用药依从性量表、中国银屑病患者生活质量量表评分优于干预前,且研究组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.037)。结论:基于CICARE沟通模式的情志干预在寻常型银屑病患者中的应用效果较好,可缓解患者不良情绪,提高用药依从性,改善生活质量。

Objective:To analyze the application effect of emotional intervention based on CICARE communication model in patients with psoriasis vulgaris.Methods:A total of 96 patients with psoriasis vulgaris admitted to Chronic Disease Prevention and Treatment Station in Xuwen County of Zhanjiang City from April 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.The patients were randomly divided into control group and study group with 48 cases in each group.The control group was routine emotional intervention and the study group was given emotional intervention based on CICARE communication mode on the basis of the control group.The intervention effects were compared between two groups.Results:After the intervention,the scores of the Profile of Mood States Scale,the Chinese version of the Morisky Medication Adherence Scale,and the Quality of Life Scale of Chinese Psoriasis Patients in two groups were better than those before the intervention,and the scores in the study group were better than those in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.037).Conclusion:Emotional intervention measures based on CICARE communication model has good application effect in patients with psoriasis vulgaris,and can alleviate patients'adverse emotions,improve the medication compliance,and improve the quality of life.
