呼吸康复治疗技术应用于ICU困难脱机患者的效果分析

Analysis on Effect of Respiratory Rehabilitation Therapy Techniques in ICU Patients with Difficult Weaning

目的:分析呼吸康复治疗技术应用于ICU困难脱机患者的效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年1月德州市宁津县人民医院ICU收治的困难脱机患者90例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各45例。对照组实施常规干预,观察组实施呼吸康复治疗技术干预。比较两组干预效果。结果:观察组脱机成功率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.020)。出ICU时,两组动脉血氧分压与氧合指数高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组,两组动脉血二氧化碳分压低于干预前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组机械通气时间及ICU住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.020)。结论:呼吸康复治疗技术应用于ICU困难脱机患者的效果显著,能够提高脱机成功率,改善血气分析指标,缩短恢复时间,降低并发症发生率。

Objective:To analyze the effect of respiratory rehabilitation therapy techniques in ICU patients with difficult weaning.Methods:A total of 90 patients with difficult therapy techniques admitted to the ICU of Ningjin People's Hospital in Dezhou City from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group received routine intervention,and the observation group received the intervention of respiratory rehabilitation therapy techniques.The intervention effects were compared between two groups.Results:The weaning success rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.020).When leaving ICU,the arterial partial pressure of oxygen and oxygenation index in two groups were higher than those before intervention,and these indexes in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while the arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide in two groups was lower than before intervention,and this index in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The mechanical ventilation time and ICU stay time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The total complication rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.020).Conclusion:Respiratory rehabilitation therapy techniques has significant effects in ICU patients with difficult weaning,and can increase the success rate of weaning,improve the blood gas analysis indicators,shorten the recovery time,and reduce the incidence of complications.
