酒石酸美托洛尔治疗原发性高血压并心律失常患者的效果

Effect of Metoprolol Tartrate in the Treatment of Patients with Essential Hypertension and Arrhythmia

目的:探析酒石酸美托洛尔治疗原发性高血压并心律失常患者的效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2022年1月青海红十字医院收治的80例原发性高血压并心律失常患者。根据红蓝球法随机将其分为对照组(n=40)和观察组(n=40)。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予酒石酸美托洛尔片。比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后心功能指标、血脂指标、生活质量及不良反应。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组左心室射血分数(LVEF)升高,左心室收缩末期内径(LVESD)、左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)均明显降低,观察组LVEF高于对照组,LVEDD、LVESD均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、甘油三酯(TG)水平均明显降低,观察组TC、LDL-C、TG水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组精神、生理、情感、社会关系评分均明显升高,观察组精神、生理、情感、社会关系评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对原发性高血压并心律失常患者,采用酒石酸美托洛尔用药具有较好的应用效果,能够有效改善患者血脂指标和心功能,提升生活质量,同时减少药物不良反应的发生。

Objective:To explore the effect of Metoprolol Tartrate in the treatment of patients with essential hypertension and arrhythmia.Method:A total of 80 patients with essential hypertension and arrhythmia admitted to Qinghai Red Cross Hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected.They were randomly divided into control group(n=40)and observation group(n=40)according to the red basketball method.The control group was given conventional treatment,and the observation group was given Metoprolol Tartrate Tablets on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,cardiac function index,lipid index,quality of life before and after treatment and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)was increased,and left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVESD)and left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD)were significantly decreased in both groups,LVEF in observation group was higher than that in control group,while LVEDD and LVESD were significantly lower than that in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of total cholesterol(TC),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)and triglyceride(TG)in both groups were significantly decreased,and the levels of TC,LDL-C and TG in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of mental,physiological,emotional and social relations in both groups were significantly increased,and the scores of mental,physiological,emotional and social relations in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with essential hypertension and arrhythmia,Metoprolol Tartrate has a good application effect,which can effectively improve blood lipid indexes and cardiac function,improve quality of life,and reduce the occurrence of adverse drug reactions.
