不同碳税政策对外包再制造的影响

摘要 为研究外包再制造模式下不同碳税政策对再制造供应链的影响,考虑3种碳税政策:统一碳税政策、单向提高新产品碳税政策和单向降低再造品碳税政策,基于外包再制造模式构建原始制造商和再制造商博弈模型,对比3种碳税政策对企业最优决策及环境的影响。结果表明:在单向提高新产品碳税政策下,两种产品的零售价最高,在统一碳税政策下,新产品的需求量最高,再造品的需求量最低;原始制造商可以提高单位外包费来刺激再造品需求;当再造品与新产品单位碳排放的比值低于再造品支付价格的折扣系数时,政府对两种产品征收不同的碳税价格能够降低对环境的影响,刺激再造品需求。该研究可为政府选择恰当的碳税政策提供依据,为企业在碳税政策下的运营决策提供理论支持。 To study the impact of different carbon tax policies on the remanufacturing supply chain under the outsourced remanufacturing model,three carbon tax policies were considered:the uniform carbon tax policy,the one-way carbon tax increase policy for new products and the one-way reduction of recycled product carbon tax policy.Based on the outsourced remanufacturing model,the game model of the original manufacturer and the remanufacturer was constructed to compare the impact of three carbon tax policies on the optimal decision of enterprises and the environment of the enterprises.The results showed that:the retail price of the two products is highest under the one-way carbon tax increase policy for new products,and the demand for new products is highest and the demand for remanufactured products is lowest under the uniform carbon tax policy;the original manufacturer can increase the unit outsourcing fee to stimulate the demand for remanufactured products;when the ratio of carbon emission per unit of remanufactured products to that of new products is lower than the discount factor of the price paid for remanufactured products,the government imposes different carbon tax prices on the two products can reduce environmental impact and stimulate demand for remanufactured products.The study can provide a basis for the government to choose an appropriate carbon tax policy and provide theoretical support for enterprises to make operational decisions under the carbon tax policy.
