摘要
为探究数字基础设施的创新作用,激发区域创新活力。基于我国30个省级区域2013—2020年的面板数据实证分析数字基础设施建设对区域创新的影响效应、影响机制和异质性。研究表明:数字基础设施能从创新数量和质量两方面促进区域创新水平的提升;数字基础设施可以通过促进人力资本积累和加快技术扩散来提升区域的创新水平;数字基础设施对创新的影响存在区域异质性和传统交通基础设施发达程度的异质性。
In order to explore the innovative role of digital infrastructure and stimulate regional innovation vitality,based on the panel data of 30 provincial-level regions in China from 2013 to 2020,the impact effect,impact mechanism and heterogeneity of digital infrastructure construction on regional innovation were empirically analyzed.The study showed that the digital infrastructure can promote regional innovation in terms of both innovation quantity and quality.Digital infrastructure can enhance regional innovation by promoting human capital accumulation and accelerating technology diffusion.And the impact of digital infrastructure on innovation level has regional heterogeneity and heterogeneity of traditional transportation infrastructure development.
