摘要
“星链”系统逐步成熟,引起美军高度关注,一方面加大与其合作的力度,另一方面启发美军重新思考空天作战,加速推动太空军能力转型,以应对大国竞争甚至大国武装冲突。从“星链”系统概况入手,分析其建设进展和特点,梳理其军事应用进程;基于美国国防太空架构建立分析框架,分析以“星链”为代表的大型低轨卫星星座系统的军事应用潜能;从促进新型作战概念落地、构建备份导航授时系统、强化多元天基侦察能力、丰富反导预警拦截手段、推进太空防御体系升级等5个方面阐述“星链”系统未来军事应用潜力,以期为我国相关领域的研究和发展提供参考。
The study commences with an overview of the Starlink system,followed by an analysis of its construction progress and characteristics,and a summary of its military application process.To assess the military application potential of large-scale low earth orbit constellation systems,particularly the Starlink system,an analysis framework has been established based on the National Defense Space Architecture of the United States.The future military application potential of the Starlink system is expounded from five perspectives:promoting new combat concepts,assisting in the construction of backup navigation and timing systems,strengthening space-based reconnaissance capabilities,providing missile defense solutions,and upgrading space defense systems.Reference is offered for research and development in related fields in China.
