在《组织学与胚胎学》教学中融入思政元素的探讨

摘要 目的探讨在《组织学与胚胎学》教学中融入思政元素的教学效果。方法2022年3—7月选取贵州医科大学2021级临床医学专业7班和临床医学专业5班的学生作为研究对象,以临床医学专业7班106名学生作为对照组,临床医学专业5班106名学生作为观察组。观察组学生采用在《组织学与胚胎学》教学中融入思政元素的教学模式,对照组采用传统的在《组织学与胚胎学》教学中注重讲授专业知识的授课模式。2个组的教学时间18周,理论课授课54学时。课程结束后,通过比较2组同学的期末考试成绩,对观察组同学进行问卷调查来分析在课程中融入思政元素后的教学效果。结果观察组期末考试成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组31.13%的学生表示对课堂中涉及的思政类话题很感兴趣,15.09%的学生认为在《组织学与胚胎学》课程中融入思政元素对爱国爱党、爱社会主义、关心国家发展和民族兴旺方面的帮助程度非常大,11.32%的学生对理想信念、道德情操、仁爱之心的帮助程度非常大,16.04%的学生对提升文明行为、规则意识方面的帮助程度非常大。结论《组织学与胚胎学》课程思政的教学模式有利于提高学生的考试成绩,并有利于帮助学生提升综合素质能力,提高教学效果。 Objective To explore the teaching effect of infiltrating ideological and political elements into Histology and Embryology teaching.Methods From March to July 2022,students from Class 7 and Class 5 of 2021 clinical medicine major of Guizhou Medical University were selected as the research objects.A total of 106 students from Class 7 of clinical medicine major were selected as the control group and 106 students from Class 5 of clinical medicine major were selected as the observation group.The teaching mode of Histology and Embryology with ideological and political elements was adopted in the observation group,while the traditional teaching mode of Histology and Embryology was adopted in the control group.Both groups were taught with a total of 54 class hours over 18 weeks.After the course,the teaching effect of integrating ideological politic elements into the course teaching was analyzed by comparing the scores of the two groups of students in the final examination and questionnaire survey of the students in the observation group.Results The final examination scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).31.13%of the students in the observation group expressed great interest in ideological and political topics involved in the class,and 15.09%of the students believed that the integration of ideological and political elements in the course of Histology and Embryology was very helpful to patriotism,love for the Party,love for socialism,care for national development and national prosperity.11.32%of the students were very helpful to ideals,beliefs,moral sentiments and benevolence,and 16.04%were very helpful to improve civilized behavior and awareness of rules.Conclusion The teaching model of curriculum politics in Histology and Embryology is conducive to improving students'exam scores,enhancing their comprehensive abilities,and enhancing their teaching satisfaction.
