摘要
为探讨不同砧木嫁接对番茄抗性、产量和品质的影响,将8个不同番茄砧木品种与接穗品种南国红1号进行嫁接,对砧木嫁接成活率、田间抗病性、果实产量及品质进行统计与调查。试验结果表明,砧木勇士6号的综合抗病性最好,对青枯病和枯萎病均表现为高抗;各砧木的嫁接成活率均高于90%,与南国红1号的亲和性较好;单株产量以勇士6号、T1-134和宝砧5号的较大;不同砧木对果实品质的影响规律不同,其中健壮23号嫁接的番茄果实品质相比其他品种有所提升。综合评价认为,勇士6号可作为南国红1号嫁接砧木在福建地区嫁接番茄生产上应用。
In order to explore the effects of grafting with different rootstocks on tomato resistance,yield and fruit quality,eight different tomato rootstock cultivars were grafted with the scion Nanguohong No.1,and the grafting survival rate,field disease resistance,fruit yield and fruit quality were analyzed.The results showed that the rootstock Yongshi No.6 performed the best comprehensive disease resistance,and high resistance to bacterial wilt and fusarium wilt.The grafting survival rates of all rootstocks were above 90%,and the affinity with Nanguohong No.1 was good.The single plant yield of Yongshi No.6,T1-134 and Baozhen No.5 was higher.The effects of different rootstocks on fruit quality were different,and the fruit quality of Jianzhuang No.23 was improved compared to other cultivars.The comprehensive evaluation showed that Yongshi No.6 was a suitable grafting rootstock of Nanguohong No.1 in grafted tomato production in Fujian Province.
