摘要
研究了自制深绿色硅橡胶防静电涂层的抗静电性能。结果表明,导电云母粉用量对体积电阻影响显著;在一定范围内,固化剂用量对体积电阻无明显影响;湿热老化试验和热空气老化试验结果表明,硅橡胶防静电涂层具有优异的耐老化性能和稳定的抗静电性能。
In this paper,the antistatic properties of the homemade dark green silicone rubber coatings were studied.The results show that the volume resistance is significantly influenced by the amount of conducting mica powder.In a certain range,the amount of curing agent has no obvious effect on the volume resistance.The results of wet heat aging test and hot air aging test show that silicone rubber antistatic coatings have excellent aging resistance and stable antistatic property.
