摘要
采用水热法合成TiO_(2)、Fe_(2)O_(3)的前聚体,并通过高温煅烧制备了TiO_(2)/Fe_(2)O_(3)异质结,通过XRD、SEM、TEM等一系列表征TiO_(2)、Fe_(2)O_(3)的形成,紫外–漫反射光谱图表明,TiO_(2)/Fe_(2)O_(3)异质结在可见光范围内吸光性能较TiO_(2)和Fe_(2)O_(3)明显红移。通过Tauc曲线、Mott-Schottky曲线理论计算得出TiO_(2)/Fe_(2)O_(3)异质结的形成,该异质结对甲基橙的180 min催化率为94%,可见光范围内表现出卓越的光催化活性。在内墙涂料中添加质量比为1∶100时对甲醛24 h光催化降解效率为89.6%,TiO_(2)/Fe_(2)O_(3)异质结在高温煅烧下形成一种优良的耐高温填料,因此在防火涂料中的应用显著增强了其阻燃抑烟性能。在防火涂料中的添加质量比为2.5∶100时,防火涂料的残炭量从35%提升至39%,环氧防火涂料9.0 mm耐火230 min,呈现出良好的防火性能,环氧涂层黏结力强,耐久性、机械性好,膨胀炭层强度高、致密性好,TiO_(2)/Fe_(2)O_(3)异质结存在还使该防火涂料具有良好的自清洁性能。
In this paper,the precursors of TiO_(2) and Fe_(2)O_(3) were synthesized by hydrothermal method and TiO_(2)/Fe_(2)O_(3) heterojunctions were prepared by high-temperature calcination,and a series of characterization of the formation of TiO_(2) and Fe_(2)O_(3) was carried out by XRD,SEM,TEM,etc.The UV-diffuse reflectance spectroscopy showed that TiO_(2)/Fe_(2)O_(3) heterojunctions had significantly higher light-absorption properties than those of TiO_(2) and Fe_(2)O_(3) in the visible light range redshift.The formation of TiO_(2)/Fe_(2)O_(3) heterojunction was theoretically calculated by Tauc curve and Mott-Schottky curve,and the heterojunction showed excellent photocatalytic activity in the visible light range with a catalytic rate of 94%for methyl orange for 180 min.The 24 h photocatalytic degradation efficiency of formaldehyde was 89.6%when the mass ratio of 1∶100 was added to the interior wall coatings,and the TiO_(2)/Fe_(2)O_(3) heterojunction formed under high temperature calcination was an excellent high-temperature-resistant filler,so that the application in fire-retardant coatings significantly enhanced their flame-retardant properties.When the added mass ratio in the fire-retardant coatings was 2.5∶100,the residual carbon of the fire-retardant coatings was enhanced from 35%to 39%,and the epoxy fire-retardant coatings of 9.0 mm were fire-resistant for 230 min,presenting good fireproofing performance,with strong adhesion,durability,and mechanical properties of the epoxy coatings;and the expanded carbon layer was of high strength and good densification.The presence of TiO_(2)/Fe_(2)O_(3) heterojunction gives the fire-retardant coatings good self-cleaning performance.
