长春市城市社区适老化公共设施设计研究

Research on the Design of Public Facilities Suitable for Aging in Changchun Urban Community

本文针对当前长春市社区适老化公共设施设计存在的问题,从无障碍设施、人性化设计、使用功能、整体规划、维护管理等方面进行调研分析。归纳总结长春城市社区适老化公共设施设计的发展要求及特点,并以满足老年人需求为导向,提出适老化公共设施设计原则;同时,给出了长春市社区适老化公共设施建设与改造的建议和措施,为城市社区适老化设施设计与实践提供借鉴与参考。

Aiming at the existing problems in the design of age-appropriate public facilities in Changchun urban communities,this paper conducts research and analysis from barrier-free facilities,humanized design,use functions,overall planning,maintenance management,etc.This paper summarizes the development requirements and characteristics of the design of public facilities for the elderly in Changchun urban communities,and puts forward the design principles for the elderly to the needs of the elderly,and gives suggestions and measures for the construction and renovation of public facilities for the elderly in Changchun urban community,it provides references for the design and practice of urban community facilities suitable for aging.
