自密实混凝土在建筑加固施工工程中的应用

摘要 加固施工作为提升建筑稳定性的重要手段,对延长建筑施工寿命及保证建筑安全具有重要意义,自密实混凝土是建筑加固施工工程中的关键工序。本文根据自密实混凝土技术指标要求,选择所需材料,参考相关规范,对建筑加固施工中应用的自密实混凝土进行配合比设计,根据配合比设计制备自密实混凝土,对建筑剪力墙进行自密实混凝土浇筑,实现基于自密实混凝土的建筑加固施工。实例分析表明,加固施工后建筑构件抗压强度大于最大压应力,建筑构件抗倾覆稳定安全系数大于最小限值,建筑稳定性得到了明显提升,自密实混凝土在建筑加固施工工程领域具有良好的应用前景。 As an important means to improve the stability of buildings,reinforcement construction is of great significance to extend the construction life and ensure the safety of buildings,self-compacting concrete is a key process in the construction of buildings.In this paper,according to the requirements of the technical indicators of self-compacting concrete,the required materials are selected,and the relevant specifications are referred to,the self-compacting concrete applied in the construction of building reinforcement is designed,the self-compacting concrete is prepared according to the mix ratio design,and the self-compacting concrete is poured on the building shear wall to realize the building reinforcement construction based on self-compacting concrete.The example analysis shows that the compressive strength of building components is greater than the maximum compressive stress,the safety factor of anti-overturning stability of building components is greater than the minimum limit value,and the building stability has been significantly improved,self-compacting concrete has a good application prospect in the field of building reinforcement construction engineering.
