市政给排水管道工程中的顶管施工工艺

为了解决城市建设中地下管道建设问题,本文结合某城区市政道路施工,对市政工程地下管道建设工艺进行了较深层次的剖析。主要包括顶管施工设备选择与安装、管道顶进、顶管的测量与纠偏、压浆、出坑、管段连接、顶进后管道注浆施工、接口处理及闭水试验等方面。提供了有关顶管施工作业井布置、测量放样、顶管、管道和管节安装及压浆等方面的具体施工方法,同时还指出了每个步骤应注意的各种技术问题。希望通过本文的研究能够对市政工程中地下管道建设起到一定的借鉴作用,以确保其建设质量。

In order to solve the problem of underground pipeline construction in urban construction,this paper,combined with the municipal road construction in an urban area,makes a deeper analysis of the construction process of underground pipeline in municipal engineering.Mainly including the selection and installation of pipe jacking construction equipment,pipe jacking,pipe jacking measurement and deviation correction,grouting,pitting,pipe section connection,pipe grouting construction after jacking,interface treatment and closed water test.The concrete construction methods of well layout,measurement lofting,pipe jacking,pipe and pipe joint installation,grouting and other aspects of pipe jacking construction work are provided,and the technical problems which should be paid attention to in each step are pointed out.It is hoped that the research of this paper can play a certain role in the construction of underground pipelines in municipal engineering to ensure its construction quality.
