摘要
为了提升盾构在复合地层掘进效率,以成都轨道交通10号线二期儒林路站~五津站盾构区间项目为依托,对海瑞克S892盾构机在砂卵石和泥岩复合地层掘进过程中的加水系统进行优化改造。从盾构加水系统的改造、加水量的控制等方面,对复合砂卵石地层渣土系统进行优化改造,实现自动化系统控制,有效节约人工和时间成本,可为今后类似工程施工提供经验借鉴。
In order to improve the efficiency of shield tunneling in composite formation,based on the shield section project from Rulin Road Station to Wujin Station of Chengdu Rail Transit Line 10 Phase II,the water addition system of Herrenkrenk S892 shield tunneling machine in the sand gravel and mudstone composite formation was optimized and reformed.From the aspects of the transformation of the shield water adding system and the control of the water adding,the optimization and transformation of the slag system of the composite sand and pebble formation can realize the automatic system control,effectively save the labor and time cost,and provide experience for the construction of similar projects in the future.
