满堂支架现浇连续箱梁技术在高架桥工程中的应用

摘要 本文以某高速公路桥梁建设工程作为研究案例,对公路桥梁施工过程中的满堂支架现浇梁施工工艺展开研究,对桥梁工程现浇箱梁盘扣式满堂支架施工中的支架布置、支架搭设、支架预压及变形观测、支架预拱度设置等技术进行了分析和总结,旨在更好地确保该桥梁工程现浇箱梁盘扣式满堂支架的施工质量,为项目的顺利竣工提供保障。使用满堂支架现浇梁施工工艺可以取得理想的应用效果。 Taking a highway bridge construction project as a case study,this paper studies the construction technology of cast-in-place girder with full support in the construction process of highway bridge,and analyzes and summarizes the technologies of support layout,support erection,support precompression and deformation observation,and support prearch setting in the construction of tray buckle full support of bridge engineering,the purpose is to better ensure the construction quality of the cast-in-place box beam tray buckle full hall support for the smooth completion of the project.The ideal application effect can be obtained by using the construction technology of cast-in-place beam with full support.
