摘要
泥水盾构施工过程中常压换刀刀盘因频繁换刀会引起刀筒闸门磨损,更换刀筒闸门时,刀筒闸门周围土体需处于相对稳定状态,否则会引起塌方或涌水等问题,甚至可能导致盾构机淹没等安全事故。以南京市和燕路过江通道为工程背景,研究并解决了带压更换刀筒闸门的施工重难点,包括地下水的封堵、泥膜形成、舱内气压稳定等,提出了包括制作止水环、形成泥膜、带压更换刀筒闸门等环节的施工操作规程,最终取得了良好的施工效果。
Mud-water shield construction process of normal pressure tool changer cutter plate due to frequent tool change will cause wear and tear of the cutter barrel gate,when replacing the cutter barrel gate,the soil around the cutter barrel gate needs to be in a relatively stable state,otherwise,it will cause problems such as landslides or water surges,and may even lead to safety accidents such as flooding of the shield machine.Taking the Heyan Road river crossing in Nanjing as the background of the project,the construction difficulties of replacing the cutter barrelled gate under pressure were studied and solved,including the blocking of groundwater,the formation of mud film,and the stabilization of air pressure in the silo,etc,the construction operation procedures including the production of water stopping ring,the formation of mud film,and the replacement of the cutter barrelled gate under pressure were put forward,and the final construction results were good.
