复合固废材料制备高性能水泥基陶瓷砖胶粘剂性能研究

摘要 本研究复合石灰石尾矿、铜矿尾砂两种固废材料替代天然骨料,由废树脂粉替代重钙粉作为填料,加入纤维素纳米晶须等外加剂来辅助改性,同时在制备工艺上改变投料顺序,使其更均匀地混合。试验得出水泥用量为40%~45%,铜矿尾砂在骨料中的比例不超过60%,且加入6%的废树脂粉,再搭配适量的纤维素纳米晶须等外加剂,可以制备出符合《陶瓷砖胶粘剂》JC/T 547-2017中C2T等级的陶瓷砖胶粘剂。 In this study,two solid waste materials of composite limestone tailings and copper mine tailings instead of natural aggregates,waste resin powder replaces heavy calcium powder as filler,and cellulose nanowhiskers and other admixtures were added to assist in modification.At the same time,the feeding sequence was changed in the preparation process to mix more evenly;The test results show that the cement dosage is 40%-45%,the proportion of copper ore tailings in the aggregate does not exceed 60%,and 6%waste resin powder was added,and with an appropriate amount of cellulose nanowhiskers and other admixtures.It can be prepared to comply with the C2T grade ceramic tile adhesive in the“Ceramic Tile Adhesive”JC/T 547-2017.
