单桩竖向抗压静载试验在预制管桩检测中的应用

摘要 单桩竖向抗压承载力特征值是指在工作状态下桩所允许承受的最大荷载,用于评估桩基承载力的可靠性和稳定性,是桩基设计考虑的关键参数。为探究单桩竖向抗压承载力特征值的结果取值,本文通过对5根预制管桩进行单桩竖向抗压静载试验,研究其桩顶总沉降和Q-s曲线,得到单桩竖向抗压承载力检测值,并以此判定特征值,结果表明有2根受检桩其单桩竖向抗压承载力特征值偏低,无法满足设计要求。 The characteristic value of vertical compressive bearing capacity of a single pile refers to the maximum load that the pile is allowed to bear under working conditions.It is used to evaluate the reliability and stability of the bearing capacity of the pile foundation and is a key parameter considered in pile foundation design.In order to explore the results of the characteristic values of vertical compressive bearing capacity of a single pile,this paper conducted vertical compressive static load tests on 5 prefabricated pipe piles,studied their total settlement at the pile top and Q-s curve,obtained the detection value of vertical compressive bearing capacity of a single pile,and judged the characteristic value based on this.The results show that there were 2 tested piles with low characteristic values of vertical compressive bearing capacity of a single pile,which could not meet the design requirements.
