曲线形波形钢腹板剪切屈曲强度的影响参数研究

摘要 为了研究曲线形波形钢腹板的抗剪强度随影响参数的变化规律,在验证现有文献中ANSYS有限元模型的基础上,引入影响参数变化,建立了曲线形波形钢腹板的ANSYS有限元模型。研究表明:曲率半径对曲线形波形钢腹板的屈曲模式影响很大,但是其对抗剪强度的影响几乎可以忽略不计。曲线形波形钢腹板的抗剪强度随腹板厚度增大显著提升,随腹板高度增加显著下降。对于不同型号的波形钢腹板,在曲率半径相同的情况下,1200型曲线波形钢腹板的抗剪强度高于1600型和1000型,其中1000型最差。研究结论可为曲线波形钢腹板桥梁的设计和应用提供参考依据。 To study the variation rule of shear strength of curved corrugated steel webs with influence parameters,the ANSYS finite element model of curved corrugated steel webs was established by introducing influence parameter variation on the basis of verifying the ANSYS finite element model in the existing literature..Moreover,this study demonstrates that although the curvature radius has a great influence on the buckling mode of the curved corrugated steel webs,but its influence on the shear strength of the curved corrugated steel webs is almost negligible.With the increase of web thickness and the decrease of web height,the shear strength of curved corrugated steel web increases significantly.For the different types of CSWs,under the same radius of curvature,the shear strength of 1200-type CSWs is higher than that of 1600-and 1000-type,and 1000-type is the worst.The results provide a theoretical reference for the design and application of curved CSWs bridges.
