摘要
为解决机电安装工程装配式施工中的可视化、多专业协同、施工安全质量等问题,本文以长丰县中医院南区EPC项目为研究对象,对所有设备机房进行BIM模型创建,基于BIM模型研究机电安装工程施工中的净高分析、预留预埋定位、综合支吊架及抗震支吊架安装,运用BIDA一体化施工技术对机电安装工程的机电设备和管线进行拆分、组合,施工时可以高效率和高精度地完成装配安装。
In order to solve the problems of visualization,multi-disciplinary collaboration,and construction safety and quality in prefabricated construction of mechanical and electrical installation engineering,this paper takes the EPC project in the southern area of Changfeng County Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital as the research object.BIM models should be created for all equipment rooms.Based on the BIM model,the net height analysis,pre-reservation and pre-embedding positioning,comprehensive support and hanger installation,and seismic support and hanger installation in mechanical and electrical installation engineering construction were studied.By utilizing BIDA integrated construction technology,the mechanical and electrical equipment and pipelines of the mechanical and electrical installation project can be disassembled and combined,enabling efficient and high-precision assembly and installation during construction.
