建筑钢筋混凝土结构工程施工技术要点与应用分析

摘要 钢筋混凝土结构是现代建筑中广泛采用的结构形式,其施工质量直接关系到建筑的安全性和使用寿命。本文以漳州2019P12地块1#~10#楼及地下室工程为例,分析了施工过程中面临的混凝土质量问题、钢筋连接问题以及混凝土浇筑厚度不均匀问题。同时,文章还探讨了混凝土施工技术、钢筋施工过程技术要点、模板施工技术要点、抗压性能检测要点以及养护技术,以期为提高工程的质量与安全提供参考。 Reinforced concrete structures are widely used structural forms in modern architecture,and their construction quality directly affects the safety and service life of buildings.This article takes the construction of buildings 1#~10#and basement in Zhangzhou's 2019P12 plot as an example to analyze the problems faced during the construction process,including concrete quality,steel bar connection,and uneven concrete pouring thickness.At the same time,the article also explores the key points of concrete construction technology,steel reinforcement construction process technology,formwork construction technology,compressive performance testing technology,and maintenance technology,in order to provide reference for improving the quality and safety of engineering.
