提升建筑工程管理及施工质量的对策分析

Analysis of Countermeasures for Improving Construction Engineering Management and Construction Quality

为提高建筑工程管理水平和保障建筑施工质量,本文以某市区人民医院(新医院)工程为研究背景,在分析建筑工程管理与施工质量现状的基础上,针对施工安全问题突出、管理信息化程度不高以及人员流动性大等问题,提出加强安全生产意识、推进信息化建设、加强人才培养和完善监管机制四个方面的对策。研究成果可为各个建筑企业、施工单位提升建筑工程管理水平,防范工程量、工程质量、工期等问题的出现提供借鉴。

In order to improve the level of construction engineering management and ensure the quality of construction,this article takes the project of a new hospital in a certain urban area as the research background.Based on the analysis of the current situation of construction engineering management and construction quality,it puts forward four countermeasures to strengthen the awareness of production safety,promote the construction of information technology,strengthen the training of talents and improve the regulatory mechanism in view of the outstanding construction safety problems,the low degree of management information technology and the large mobility of personnel.The research results can provide reference for various construction enterprises and units to improve the construction engineering management level,prevent the occurrence of problems such as engineering quantity,engineering quality,and construction period.
