摘要
采用顶底复吹转炉冶炼-LF精炼-VD真空处理-连铸-圆棒轧制工艺成功开发CrMo系合金结构钢,其化学成分、夹杂物控制水平、力学性能等各项指标均满足标准要求。结合生产实际,对CrMo系产品技术要求、工艺控制要点、试制结果进行了分析与介绍。
The CrMo series alloy structural steel has been successfully developed using the top bottom combined blowing converter smelting LF refining VD vacuum treatment continuous casting round bar rolling process.Its chemical composition,inclusion control level,mechanical properties,and other indicators meet the standard requirements.Based on production practice,the technical requirements,process control points,and trial production results of CrMo series products were analyzed and introduced.
