摘要
本文研究了粉末冶金方法制备TZM合金的工艺,并对TZM合金进行表征。研究表明:通过本方法制备的TZM合金,力学性能可达到并超过美标ASTM B387性能要求,再结晶温度在1300℃以上。不同于上个世纪采用的真空高温熔炼工艺制备的TZM合金,通过粉末冶金方法制备的TZM合金,设备更简易,力学性能更优异。
In this paper,the process of preparing TZM alloy by powder metallurgy is studied,and the TZM alloy is characterized.Research has shown that the mechanical properties of TZM alloy prepared by this method can meet and exceed the performance requirements of American standard ASTM B387,and the recrystallization temperature is above 1300℃.Different from the TZM alloy prepared by vacuum high-temperature melting process used in the last century,the TZM alloy prepared by powder metallurgy method has simpler equipment and better mechanical properties.
