铁筷子的种子形态及萌发特性

摘要 通过观察铁筷子(Helleborus thibetanus)种子形态,测定种子吸水率及含水量等指标,探究不同温度及质量浓度赤霉素处理、赤霉素-温度协同处理对铁筷子种子发芽时间、发芽率、发芽势等指标的影响,探寻打破铁筷子种子休眠的最佳条件。结果表明:铁筷子种子的平均长度为(4.24±0.12)mm,平均宽度为(2.41±0.08)mm;25℃处理14 d后再4℃处理14 d的处理对铁筷子种子萌发有一定促进作用,此时种子的发芽率为90.00%,相较对照组提高了6.67%。质量浓度为200 mg·L^(-1)的赤霉素处理对铁筷子种子萌发的促进效果最佳,此时发芽率为96.67%,相较对照组提高了23.34%,发芽启动时间缩短了18.66 d。赤霉素-温度协同处理对铁筷子种子萌发无显著促进作用。 By observing the seed morphology of Helleborus thibetanus,determining seed water absorption rate and moisture content,the study investigated the effects of different temperature and mass concentration of gibberellin treatments,as well as gibberellin-temperature synergistic treatments,on seed germination time,germination rate,and germination potential of H.thibetanus seeds,in order to explore the optimal conditions to break seed dormancy.The results showed that the average length and width of H.thibetanus seeds were(4.24±0.12)mm and(2.41±0.08)mm,respectively.Treatment at 25℃for 14 days followed by 4℃treatment for another 14 days showed a certain promotion effect on seed germination,with a germination rate of 90.00%,which was 6.67%higher than the control group.The gibberellin treatment with a mass concentration of 200 mg·L^(-1) had the best promotion effect on seed germination,with a germination rate of 96.67%,which was 23.34%higher than the control group,and the germination start time was shortened by 18.66 days.However,the gibberellin-temperature synergistic treatment did not show a significant promotion effect on H.thibetanus seed germination.
