绷板干燥工序中皮革最佳拉伸点的试验探究与识别定位算法研究

摘要 本文旨在解决皮革绷板干燥工序中皮革最佳拉伸点的自动化选取难题。通过对大量皮革轮廓和人工拉伸绷展皮革的工艺动作进行分析,确定了选择合理的皮革必选拉伸点和拉伸间距是提高皮革得革率的关键因素。通过正交试验,得出了头尾两侧与平行中脊线身体两侧的最佳拉伸点间距分别为12 cm和9 cm。基于此,本文提出了一种基于最简骨架法和画圆相交法的皮革最佳拉伸点识别定位算法。该算法通过机器视觉获取皮革源图像,并经过预处理去除图像缺陷和突出轮廓。然后,利用细化算法提取图像骨架,通过卷积运算筛选出皮革中的脊线和四肢,得到最简骨架,从而确定必选拉伸点。在确定必选拉伸点的基础上,利用画圆相交法确定皮革的其他轮廓区域,并获取其余拉伸点。本文的最佳拉伸点识别算法对于皮革拉伸板干燥工序的自动装备研发具有重要意义,并为提高皮革得革率和优化工艺提供了重要参考。 The objective of this paper is to address the issue of automated selection of the optimal stretching posi⁃tion for leather during the leather toggling process.By analysing a substantial number of leather profiles and the ac⁃tions involved in manual stretching and leather stretching,it has been determined that selecting appropriate stretching positions and intervals is the pivotal factor in enhancing leather yield.Through orthogonal experimentation,it has been deduced that the ideal distances between the stretching points on both sides of the head and tail,as well as on both sides of the body parallel to the midrib line,are 12 cm and 9 cm respectively.Building upon this,the paper pro⁃poses an algorithm for identifying and locating the most suitable stretching positions based on the simplified skeleton method and the intersection method of drawn circles.The algorithm employs machine vision to obtain the initial image of the leather source, followed by preprocessing to eliminate image defects and accentuated contours. Subsequently,the thinning algorithm extracts the image skeleton, and the convolution operation filters out the ridges and limbs of theleather, resulting in the simplest skeleton that determines the requisite stretching points. Building upon the determina⁃tion of the necessary stretching points, the remaining contour regions of the leather are established using the circle in⁃tersection method, thus obtaining the remaining stretching points. The identified algorithm for identifying the optimalstretching points in this paper holds significant importance in the research and development of automated equipment forthe leather stretching plate drying process, and serves as a valuable reference for enhancing leather yield and optimis⁃ing the process.
