OBE理念与“轨道交通概论”课程思政元素渐进式融入路径研究

摘要 专业课程思政是新时代深化课程思政的必然要求。现引入成果导向法(OBE)反向设计理念,结合轨道交通概论课程,以交通人才需求为导向,完善基于OBE的专业课课程思政教学方法,从思政目标、知识目标、能力目标、素质目标和毕业要求五方面着手,创新性实践“知识提炼—心灵感悟—能力提升—目标达成”(Knowledge abstraction-Soul feeling-Ability improvement-Goal attainment,KSAG)四步渐进式融入思政元素进专业课程的教学模式。经充分挖掘专业课程思政内涵,实现了专业知识与思政教育有机融合,课程目标达成度评价与分析验证了该教学方法的切实可行。 The inclusion of ideological and political education in professional courses is an essential requirement for deepening course ideology and politics in the new era.This paper proposes an innovative teaching approach based on Outcome-Based Education(OBE)and the concept of backward design,focusing on the introductory course on rail transit and aligning with the needs of the transportation industry for talent.The approach named"Knowledge abstraction-Soul feeling-Ability improvement-Goal attainment"(KSAG),progressively integrates ideological and political elements into professional courses from five aspects:ideological and political goals,knowledge objectives,skill objectives,quality objectives,and graduation requirements.By fully exploring the connotation of course ideology and politics,this approach facilitates the organic integration of professional knowledge and ideological and political education.The feasibility of this teaching method is validated through evaluation and analysis of course goal attainment.
