近年来企业史研究逐渐受到学界越来越多的关注。由于在研究视野和方法上缺乏突破,虽然近年来大量企业的历史资料被挖掘整理,但企业史的研究仍然停留在“产权、治理结构、剩余分配”等框架和结构之中。研究者在对不同企业的研究中,重复着前辈的问题乃至结论。前人的企业史研究受限于经济史的研究主题和范式,而忽视了企业作为一个组织,其最主要的动力是自我维持,其最主要的目标是盈利。为了进一步推动企业史的研究,需要将企业及其发展演化作为企业史的核心,即“一种以企业为主要推动者的历史撰写风格”,我们称之为企业的企业史。

In recent years,research on corporate history has drawn increasing attention from the academic community.Without breakthroughs in research perspectives and methods,relevant research still remains within the frameworks and structures such as property rights,governance structure,and surplus distribution although a large amount of historical data has been excavated and sorted out.Researchers repeat the problems and even conclusions of their predecessors.Specifically,previous studies on corporate history are blocked by the research themes and paradigms of economic history,neglecting the fact that the primary driving force of a company,as an organization,is self-sustaining,and its primary goal is profitability.In order to further promote the study of corporate history,it is necessary to take the enterprise and its development&evolution as the core,i.e.a historical writing style that focuses on the enterprise as the main driving force,and that we call it the corporate history.
