虚拟轨道列车网络控制系统的构建研究

摘要 虚拟轨道列车是一款胶轮承载、双端驾驶的多编组道路列车,多编组与双端驾驶符合轨道交通电气控制系统的特点,胶轮承载及道路运营符合道路交通车辆的特性。文章通过对比分析轨道交通与道路交通领域的网络标准及总线特点,并基于某典型新能源商用车与某有轨电车的网络拓扑,提出了一种适用于虚拟轨道列车的分网段冗余的控制器局域网(CAN)网络拓扑。该网络拓扑采用分布式输入输出模块(IOU)设计,以及通道复用、车辆控制单元(VCU)冗余控制、IOU点位冗余、故障诊断等可靠性设计。通过对超级虚拟轨道列车(SRT)网络控制系统的性能测试与示范运营,证明该网络控制系统可满足虚拟轨道列车的控制需求。 Virtual rail train is a multi-marshaling road train with rubber tire bearing and double-ended driving.Multi-marshaling and double-ended driving conform to the characteristics of rail transit electrical control system.Rubber tire bearing and road operation conform to the characteristics of road traffic vehicles.In this paper,by comparing and analyzing the network standards and bus characteristics in the field of rail transit and road traffic,and based on the network topology of a typical new energy commercial vehicle and a tram,a controller area network(CAN)network topology with redundant network segments suitable for virtual rail trains is proposed.The network topology adopts distributed input and output unit(IOU)design,as well as the reliability design of channel multiplexing,vehicle control unit(VCU)redundancy control,IOU point redundancy,fault diagnosis.Through the performance test and demonstration operation of the network control system of the super virtual rail train(SRT),it is proved that the network control system can meet the control requirements of virtual rail train.
